Carl Bauer is a Professor in the UA School of Geography, Development & Environment, who has studied water law and political economy in Chile since 1990.
Dominique Hervé teaches Environmental Law at Diego Portales University Law School. Her research involves environmental enforcement, environmental justice and legal issues related to climate change.
Matías Guiloff teaches Administrative Law at Diego Portales University Law School. His research concerns the role of law in the areas of Water Rights Regulation, Land Use Regulation and Environmental Law.
