Dual Degree Programs

The Center for Latin American Studies coordinates a broad range of instructional, research and outreach activities relating to Latin America. For students who want additional training for a specific career, we are pleased to offer Dual Degree programs with Law (J.D.), Public Administration (M.P.A.), Public Health (M.P.H), and Journalism (M.A.).  We have found that the dual degree programs offer an excellent combination of professional training and intensive education of the politics, history, and culture of Latin America. To be accepted, students must complete and submit separate applications to each department, indicating their intention to complete a dual degree on the application (for example, a student interested in the Dual Degree with Journalism and LAS would have to submit two separate complete applications to each program following their requirements.) Complete and updated information is available in .pdf format. Please contact us with any questions.
