Andrea graduated from the University of Arizona in May 2018 with a B.A. in Spanish and Portuguese and a B.S. in Sustainable Built Environments with an emphasis in sustainable communities. After graduating, she started working in water education with Project WET, teaching about water resources and conservation in Tucson. She became more focused on community engagement and education and went on to work in the education department at the Tucson Museum of Art. She plans on going back to school to complete a master’s degree in bilingual education and biliteracy.
