Christopher E. Sittler is a graduate student pursuing a Masters degree in Latin American Studies. He graduated from the University of Arizona with a duel BA in Anthropology and Psychology. He has worked for the Bureau of Applied Research in Anthropology at the University of Arizona since 2013, where he has conducted ethnographic research with numerous American Indian Tribes and Pueblos. His current research is on fisherman identity in a small fishing village on the island of Utila, Honduras. His research interests include traditional ecological knowledge, small fisheries research, and risk communication. He expects to graduate in May 2018.
